How much does CoolSculpting Cost? CoolSculpting Prices in Dallas

CoolSculpting results are undeniable. Once someone sees the amazing CoolSculpting before and after pictures and reads the overwhelming amount of raving CoolSculpting reviews, that person usually has one question: how much does CoolSculpting cost.

Calculating CoolSculpting Cost

The total cost for a complete CoolSculpting treatment varies on several factors involved in the CoolSculpting procedure. To understand CoolSculpting prices, it’s helpful to understand the basic technologies used during a CoolSculpting treatment, mainly the CoolSculpting machine and CoolSculpting applicators.

CoolSculpting Applicators and cycles

Applicators come in two main shapes, curved and flat, and two basic sizes, large and small. During a CoolSculpting treatment, the applicator that best conforms to the treatment area is positioned over the unwanted fat bulge.  Once the applicator is securely positioned the CoolSculpting machine is turned on, delivering precisely controlled cooling to the tissue and subcutaneous fat under the applicator. The controlled cooling is specifically timed for each applicator. Some applicators require as little as 35 minutes of controlled cooling. Some applicators require more time. To keep the cooling precisely controlled and to ensure the safety of the patient, only one applicator is used with the CoolSculpting machine at a time. One round of the controlled cooling, using one applicator, is considered one cycle.

Some treatment areas such as the abdomen may require only one cycle using a single large applicator.  However, depending on the individual, two small applicators may be a better fit for their abdomen. Treatment areas that have symmetrical sides, such as the thighs, upper arms, or love handles require two cycles. For example, when CoolSculpting upper arm fat, an applicator is attached to the right arm, the CoolSculpting machine is turned on, the area is exposed to controlled cooling for 35 minutes, the machine is turned off, and the applicator is removed. This is one cycle. The same applicator is then positioned on the other arm. The machine is turned on, and the process repeats. This is another cycle.

The variety in applicators allows CoolSculpting treatments to be completely customizable, tailored to an individual’s body shape and size, and optimized to deliver the amount of fat reduction desired. Because CoolSculpting treatments are highly customizable, CoolSculpting prices also vary per individual.

How CoolSculpting Price is Determined

CoolSculpting cost is based on the type of applicator(s) used, and how many CoolSculpting cycles are performed.  A single cycle with a large applicator typically costs twice as much as a single cycle with a small applicator, but the large applicator covers double the treatment area, so the value between the two sizes equals out. Specialty applicators, such as the CoolMini, designed to attach to the double chin area, has a separate pricing structure, which usually falls in between the cost of a small applicator and the cost of a large applicator.

So now that the pricing structure has been explained, it’s time to answer the main question. How much does CoolSculpting cost? A single cycle using the small applicator typically costs between $700 and $800. A single cycle using the large applicator typically costs double the price of a small applicator.
